CUSTOM HARNESS LABELS


You can now get your harness customized with your company logo - just follow the easy steps outlined below. We have set up new part numbers with an “H” on the end just for custom logos. If you are using multiple logos, please be sure to specify which logo is to be placed on which harness on each line of the purchase order (logo should be referenced by file name - ie : yourlogo.tif).

Guidelines

  • Minimum Quantity of 12 - same style of harness can be multiple sizes.
  • Qty one logo per harness
  • Delta™ II & Proteta PRO™ harnesses – logo black color text with clear background – sublimation transfer (see below)
  • ExoFit™ and ExoFit™ XP – logo is black color text with white background – heat transferred and sewn (see below)
  • Delta™ II and ExoFit™ & Protecta PRO™ harnesses will have the logo on the left shoulder. ExoFit™ XP will have logo on back of harness on belt loop due to harness padding. (see below). Please Note – If an alternate location is necessary due to harness style, this will be communicated to the customer.
  • Place order with Customer Service using the normal part number with an “H” at the end. Purchase order must state on every line which logo is to be used. (ie: yourlogo.tif on 1102000H)
  • Email logo to Customer Service at solutions@capitalsafety.com
  • Acceptable formats : .jpeg, .tif, .gif. Sizing - 300 dpi at 1.5" wide by 3" tall. Image resolution may be higher than 300 dpi, but physical size may not be smaller than 1.5" X 3".

Lead Time Standard Lead times apply from receipt of order & the logo file.

Logos must be submitted in black text. Cannot accept colored logo’s. Capital Safety is unable to make any modifications to a logo submitted by a customer.
